While it's helpful if you can provide content such as text, images, and any specific information about your business, we can also assist with content creation and copywriting if needed. Just so you know, we are not professional copywriters… but we have some skills from working with our clients, so we can chat about more details when we meet.

The duration of branding and website design projects varies based on complexity and client requirements. Typically, logo design and initial branding materials take 2-4 weeks, while a full website design and development project can take 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and the client's responsiveness to feedback.

We love designing in Squarespace, because it makes it easy for our clients to maintain. But we realize that some just want us to take care of the updates, and that’s ok! We’re here to help with any updates, troubleshooting, or enhancements you may need. We will discuss the cost for each project before we proceed.

Item We will communicate via email or scheduled Zoom calls to discuss progress, feedback, and any questions you may have. I also may respond to questions or feedback with Loom videos. I request feedback/responses be given within 24 hours to keep the project moving forward. If you know this will be difficult, please discuss with me before the project so we can adjust the timeline.

I use a program called Markup.io where your designs will be uploaded, and you can review and make comments with any revisions that need to be made. I will provide a brief Loom video with instructions on how this works. It’s super easy, and keeps us both organized!

I love working with my clients long term for whatever they need to grow their business and make it a success! We can discuss a separate agreement for any future work or maintenance needs.
